OSIJEK, Oct 21
(Hina) - The HDSSB party on Friday severely condemned
the decision by the national parliament (Sabor) to strip SDP
parliamentary deputy Zeljko Jovanovic of immunity so that he could be
prosecuted "for verbal statements", which this regional party said "is
the first time since the establishment of Croatia's state and the
Croatian Sabor that immunity has been lifted for a verbal offence".
