"It is extremely important because Bulgaria is a transit-
country through which much traffic passes which then passes through
Croatia," Jarnjak said.
"Our acknowledgments about the so-called Balkan drug route
being reopened were confirmed in Bulgaria, so it means a lot to us
that we can perform operative work with them," Jarnjak stressed.
During talks with the Bulgarian prime minister, it had been
confirmed that political relations between the two countries were
good and without obstacles, Jarnjak said, adding that Croatian had
expressed interest for economic cooperation with Bulgaria.
Jarnjak said that, on behalf of the Croatian prime minister,
he had invited the Bulgarian prime minister to visit Croatia.
