CARRERAS, GASDIA AND SUTEJ VISIT CHILDREN'S CLINIC FOR MALIGN TUMO

TUMO $ RS ZAGREB, 26 Sept (Hina) - International opera stars Jose Carreras and Cecilia Gasdia and conductor Vjekoslav Sutej visited the oncological ward of a children's clinic for malign tumors in Zagreb on Thursday. They were scheduled to hold a charity concert for the clinic on Friday. During the visit, the three were accompanied by Zagreb Mayor Marina Matulovic-Dropulic and the clinic's head Dr Ivan Fattorini. Dr Fattorini informed his guests about the work of the clinic, especially during the war, when a large number of children from Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina had been admitted to the clinic.
