Ambassadors from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, France,
Belgium, Slovakia and Italy, who were present at the gathering,
were handed an appeal asking them to more actively urge their
governments to advance the resolution of issues of missing and
detained Croatian soldiers.
Deputy to the head of the Croatian government Office of the
Temporary Administration in the Croatian Danubian area, Mirko
Tankosic, asked for a little more patience and stressed that
everything would be done so that Croatians could spend All Saints'
Day in Vukovar.
President of the "Appeal" centre Zdenka Farkas handed a letter
to Tankosic, asking him to forward it to the Transitional
Administrator General Jacques Klein. On behalf of the "Appeal"
centre, she also asked him for talks.
