BUDAPEST, Aug 28 (Hina) - The construction of a new transmission
line between Hungary and Croatia was announced in Budapest on
Wednesday.
The Agreement on the Construction of a 400-kilowatt
Transmission Line Between Heviz in Hungary and the Zerjavinec
Substation in Croatia will be signed tomorrow by the managing
director of the Croatian Electric Power Industry Damir Begovic and
his Hungarian colleague Mihaly Lengyel.
The signing of the Agreement will also enable Croatia's
connection with the countries of the former USSR in the mentioned
field.
Begovic and his colleagues will also visit the Croatian
Embassy in Budapest.
Talks on business cooperation with Hungarian colleagues are
also planned.
