SARAJEVO, August 5 (Hina) - The first meeting of an arbitrary
commission for Brcko, supposed to take place in Sarajevo on Monday
in order to decide to which entity that north Bosnian town will
belong, was canceled due to technical reasons, International Peace
Coordinator Carl Bildt's Office in Sarajevo said on Monday.
The meeting was canceled due to international arbiter Roberts
Owen's lateness.
Bosnian Federation arbiter Cazim Sadikovic said Owen's arrival
was expected on Tuesday when he should visit Pale to discuss
arbitration of Brcko with Serb representatives.
A joint meeting of the three arbiters could take place on
Wednesday.
