ZAGREB, June 14 (Hina) - Managing directors of the Croatian INA oil
company and "Energoinvest" from Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Andrija Kojakovic and Edib Bukvic respectively, signed three
contracts in Zagreb on Friday, the Annual Contract on the Purchase
of Petroleum Products by "Energoinvest", the Contract on Storage
Space Renting at the Ploce Port Cargo Terminal and the Global
Contract on Business Cooperation. These contracts are the
conclusion to lengthy negotiations and the continuation of a long
and fruitful cooperation between the two companies.
The first contract is estimated to be $50-60 million worth.
The third contract stipulates the delivery of goods which are being
produced in Bosnia-Herzegovina again, particularly, according to
Kojakovic, the production of spark plugs and automobile frames used
by INA in experimental work.
The second contract stipulates that the two companies will use
the cargo terminal in the south Croatian port of Ploce for current
oil cargo.
