Presenting the credentials, President Tudjman said that
Ambassador Jasic would perform his duty in a European country which
was of the utmost importance, both economically and politically.
"As an experienced diplomat, you will be able to draw conclusions
and I hope you will perform your duty successfully", the President
said.
Thanking the President on his confidence, Ambassador Jasic
said that he would perform his duty in accordance with Croatia's
state interests.
Present to the presenting of credentials were the head of the
President's Office, Ivo Sanader, and the President's advisor for
foreign affairs, Zeljko Matic.
