DUBROVNIK, 26 May (Hina) - The 'European Forum of the Youth on World Heritage' started on Sunday in the 'Excelsior' hotel in Dubrovnik. The forum, which is to last until 31 May, was organised by UNESCO and the Croatian Commission for
UNESCO. The forum gathered 150 participants from Croatia as well as representatives from some 20 European countries.

World Heritage' started on Sunday in the 'Excelsior' hotel in
Dubrovnik. The forum, which is to last until 31 May, was organised
by UNESCO and the Croatian Commission for UNESCO. The forum
gathered 150 participants from Croatia as well as representatives

The forum was opened by Croatian Culture Minister Bozo
Biskupic in the presence of representatives of UNESCO, the Council
of Europe, the international organisation of cities of world
heritage ICOMOS and the organisation Europa Nostra.
The youth, their teachers, representatives of the UNESCO
Centre for International Heritage and the UNESCO Program of United
Schools, are to participate in various interactive programs and
represent cultural and natural heritage of their countries.
