SARAJEVO, 9 April (Hina) - The success of the Dayton agreement

Members of the international Implementation Force (IFOR) had
secured the implementation of the military part of the agreement,
Ganic said, adding that the Bosnian army had fully cooperated by
having fulfilled all its duties, including the departure of foreign
troops.
'Since 9 January, there is not a single foreign instructor,
expert or soldier on the Bosnian army controlled territory and I
personally hold that their presence in Bosnia during the war was
unnecessary', Ganic said.
He warned that the Serb side in Bosnia was openly opposing the
return of refugees. However, the pace of the return of refugees to
the territories under the Federation's control was not satisfactory
either, Ganic said.
He called on all MPs to help the strengthening of the
Federation.
The peace process had contributed to the strengthening of
friendly relations between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ganic
added.
