ITALIAN COMPANY "CONEXPORT" OPENS BRANCH OFFICE IN ZAGREB

ZAGREB, March 29 (Hina) - The Italian company Conexport- Unindustria, based in Treviso, on Friday opened a branch office in Zagreb. The Conexport management celebrated the event by staging a reception at the Esplanade Hotel, to which they invited senior Government officials, prominent Italian and Croatian businessmen and public figures. The event was hosted by Conexport president Luca Sereno. Also present was Italian Ambassador to Croatia Paolo Pensa. Conexport's main activity is helping Treviso-based entrepreneurs gain a foothold on foreing markets. "The opening of Conexport's office in Zagreb shows that Croatia is beginning to participate in European trade, after a period of stagnation imposed by the war," Ambassador Pensa said.
