The two men, arrested in the northern Yugoslav city of Novi
Sad on Sunday, were members of the Bosnian Serb forces at the
time of the Serb takeover of Srebrenica.
On the day of their arrest, Goldstone requested the Yugoslav
government to extradite the two men to the ICTY, the statement
said.
An ICTY delegation, headed by Deputy Prosecutor Graham
Blewitt, would arrive in Belgrade on 12 March to have discussions
with the Yugoslav government in relation to the two men and
cooperation between the government and the Tribunal, the
statement said.
