ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - Today's VJESNIK devotes the front page to
the War Crimes Tribunal hearing on last year's missile attack on
Zagreb.
Talks between President Tudjman and INA and Agip (Italian oil
company) delegations on a joint project for exploiting natural gas
in northern Adriatic were also given a prominent position on the
front page.
A comment piece by Maja Freunclich, headlined "Left - Right"
discusses the position of ruling HDZ as a centre party.
"Undoubtedly, HDZ is a centre party - as such, it is much more
opent o fresh ideas than the parties which are limited by a narrow
left or right definitions," Freundlich argues.
The "Topical Issue" column addresses the problem of terrorism
in Croatia and abroad.
The conclusions of the HDZ National Committee on retirement

page.
