integrity as well as Croatia's honor for the principle of "single
China", Granic recalled the discussions he had on regional issues,
particularly in the region of former Yugoslavia.

Herzegovina and its support to the implementation of Dayton peace
agreement and positively estimated current actions taken by NATO-

Speaking of normalization of ties with the Federal Republic of
Yugoslavia, as an important strategic goal of Croatian politics,
Granic said that China might play a positive role in the
normalization process.
Questioned on the normalization, Granic described it as a
process and added he expected Yugoslav Foreign Minister to visit
Zagreb soon.
Speaking of peaceful reintegration of eastern Slavonia,
Baranja and western Syrmium to Croatia's political and legal
