SKOPJE, Jan 18 (Hina) - Macedonian police has come up with new evidence in the investigation into the attempted assassination of President Kiro Gligorov, which took place last October. The evidence was however insufficient for
obtaining all the information concerning the perpetrators of the crime, the Macedonian Interior Ministry officials told a press conference on Thursday.
SKOPJE, Jan 18 (Hina) - Macedonian police has come up with new
evidence in the investigation into the attempted assassination of
President Kiro Gligorov, which took place last October.
The evidence was however insufficient for obtaining all the
information concerning the perpetrators of the crime, the
Macedonian Interior Ministry officials told a press conference on

A piece of metal identical to the one found at the scene of
the crime, as well as the place from where sand was taken in order
to make the car-bomb, were found in the Skopje neighborhood of
Kisela Voda.
It has been confirmed that the car was located in the same
place the previous day and that it was driven by a woman.
The press was informed that the woman's identikit picture was
being made based on descriptions given by eye-witnesses.
