SPLIT, Jan 17 (Hina) - A Turkish airline agency "Top Air",
established a direct airline Istanbul-Split-Istanbul on Wednesday.
First passengers from the Croatian port town of Split left for
to Istanbul this morning. The owner of the "Top Air", Faruk Bersan,
talked about the establishment of this line at the Split ceremony
attended also by the Turkish Ambassador to Croatia, Daryal Batibay.
Bersan said that on the grounds of agreement between
Presidents of Croatia, Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina, an economic
consortium between the tree countries had been set up, which
includes biggest companies from Croatia, Turkey and Bosnia. The
airline Istanbul-Split was a first business of the consortium.
