Bosnian Croat forces (HVO) and Bosnian Army representatives, and IFOR officers in Tesanj, the Herzeg-Bosnian news agency, HABENA, reported on Sunday.

Some troops of the Bosnian Army have withdrawn toward the
starting positions, and the rest of them is due to retreat today,
according to the same source.
As it was agreed yesterday, Bosnian Croat and Moslem senior
officials of the Federation should visit Usora until January 18 and
help ease tension between the HVO and the Bosnian Army in the area.
