COPENHAGEN, Dec 19 (Hina) - Croatia does not deny the legitimacy of
an action by SFOR which apprehended two Bosnian Croats indicted by
the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) for war crimes, but does express "deep concern" with the fact
that main people indicted of war crimes are still at large and there
are no indictments issued for crimes against Croats in Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
Croatian Foreign Minister told reporters in Copenhagen on Friday
that he had expressed Croatia's concern during bilateral talks with
attendants of the OSCE ministerial session.
"Croatia does not deny the legitimacy of what SFOR has done, but on
the other hand, expresses deep concern that all main actors
indicted of war crimes, starting with Karadzic, Mladic and Martic
are free and that nothing is being done about it, as well as that
nobody has been indicted of crimes against Croats in Bosnia-
Herzegovina," Granic said.
The Croatian side had expressed deep concern at all meetings in
Copenhagen, Granic said, citing as examples meetings with the
deputy US State Secretary, Strobe Albot, with foreign ministers of
western countries and Russian Foreign Minister Yevgeniy Primakov.
