BOOK, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FAIRS OPENED IN ZAGREB ( Editorial: --> 0243 )

( Editorial: --> 0243 ) ZAGREB, 12 Nov (Hina) - Two international specialised events - INFO, the 29th international fair of information technology and INTERLIBER - EDUCA, the 20th international book and teaching aids fair - were opened Wednesday at Zagreb Fair by the Croatian Science and Technology Minister Ivica Kostovic. INFO fair presents Croatia's information entrepreneurship, achievements of companies which produce computers and computer equipment, and world trends in the production of computer technology. INFO includes 577 exhibitors, 331 of them from 24 foreign countries. INTERLIBER-EDUCA fair includes 163 exhibitors, 41 of them from abroad. The fair presents the current situation in the Croatian publishing, as well as the equipment and solutions for the improvement of publishing, printing and bookshop business. The two fairs will be open until 16 November. The first two days they will be open only for business visitors, while the remaining four days they will be open for other visitors as well.
