SARAJEVO, Nov 11 (Hina) - Kresimir Zubak, member of the Presidency
of Bosnia-Herzegovina, on Tuesday forwarded a letter to Croatian
President Franjo Tudjman in relation to a draft agreement on
special relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina and a draft agreement on the establishment of a
committee for cooperation between Croatia and Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
According to a Bosnian Presidency statement, Zubak's letter
proposed that a discussion on the two draft agreements take place at
the next Bosnian Presidency session, since decisions on those
issues were, according to the Bosnian Constitution, in part under
the Presidency's jurisdiction.
Commenting on reactions on the draft agreements in Sarajevan media,
Zubak said the following in his letter to the Croatian President
(unofficial translation):
"I have understood from (Sarajevan) media that you, Mr President,
have received a letter from Mr Izetbegovic's office in which the
draft agreements were rejected, allegedly on behalf of Bosnia-
Herzegovina. In relation to that, I would like to say that not one
institution of authority in Bosnia-Herzegovina has defined an
official standpoint regarding the mentioned draft agreements.
Therefore, if such a letter has been forwarded, it can be taken only
as a personal opinion or as a standpoint of the Muslim-Bosniak
side".
