ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - A delegation of the Croatian Parliament,
headed by the Parliament Speaker Vlatko Pavletic, will fly to Sofia
on Monday for a four-day official visit to Bulgaria, at the
invitation of the Bulgarian Assembly's Speaker, Jordan Sokolov.
Bulgarian President Petar Stojanov will receive the nine-member
delegation during its stay in Sofia.
Croatian MPs will hold talks with Bulgarian National Assembly's
Speaker Sokolov, Bulgarian Premier Ivan Kostov and foreign
ministry officials.
The delegation will also tour the city of Plovdiv.
Croatia and Bulgaria have signed 14 bilateral treaties and
conventions up to now, including agreements on economic
cooperation, on stimulation and protection of investment,
cooperation in tourism and on the fight against terrorism, drug
abuse and organised crime.
