building of the Interior Ministry (Ilica Street 335) to be used by the criminal police and other ministry departments. Also in attendance at today's event were high officials of the Croatian legislative, executive and judiciary power, representatives of the Interior Ministry, the Croatian Army, the City of Zagreb, and other state officials. On Monday's ceremony in Zagreb, Tudjman thanked policemen for their contribution to the establishment of the sovereign, independent and democratic Croatia state. The Croatian President thanked them also for efforts they make in peacetime in order to ensure safe and secure life of Croatian citizens.
