ZAGREB, Aug 18 (Hina) - The Croatian Justice Ministry on Monday
evening issued a statement concerning the arrest of Bosnian Croat
Pero Skopljak.
"In line with regulations of the Constitutional Law on
cooperation of the Republic of Croatia with the International
criminal tribunal, and on the basis of a bill of indictment and
the International criminal tribunal's order number IT-95-14-I,
from 10 November 1995, for the arrest and turnover of accused
Pero Skopljak, Skopljak, born 4 June 1944 in Vitez, Bosnia-
Herzegovina, was arrested and turned over to competent judicial
bodies of the Republic of Croatia", said the statement signed by
Croatian Justice Minister Miroslav Separovic.
