CHARGES CONCERNING HRVATSKA KOSTAJNICA INCIDENTS PRESSED

SISAK, June 3 (Hina) - The Petrinja Municipal State Attorney's Office on Tuesday pressed charges at the Hrvatska Kostajnica Municipal Court against ten adults for taking part in incidents which took place in Hrvatska Kostajnica (about 80 kilometres south east of Zagreb) in mid May, between a group of Croats from the Bosnian Posavina area, settled in Hrvatska Kostajnica, and citizens of Serb nationality who lived in or had returned to Hrvatska Kostajnica from the Croatian Danube region, the municipal state attorney in Petrinja, Marijan Zguric, said in a statement. Charges against two persons, one minor and one young adult, have also been forwarded to the Sisak Municipal State Attorney's Office, since their cases were under the competence of the Sisak Municipal Court, the statement said.
