He was welcomed by the Osijek- Baranja County prefect Branimir Glavas with associates.

in Beli Manastir (eastern Croatia, UN-administered area) at about 10.00
on Monday. Accompanying Tudjman are Parliament representatives Jadranka
Kosor, Vladimir Seks, President's advisor Ivic Pasalic, deputy
President's Chief-of-Staff Vesna Skare-Ozbolt, Reconstruction and
Development Minister Jure Radic, deputy Prime Minister Ljerka-Mintas
Hodak, and Interior Minister Ivan Penic. He was welcomed by the Osijek-
Baranja County prefect Branimir Glavas with associates. #L#
Upon arrival, Tudjman started towards Beli Manastir's centre where
he is to hold a meeting with representatives of the county and local
self-government in Baranja.
Attending the meeting are UN Transitional Administrator Jacques
Klein, director of the Croatian government Real Estate Agency, Ivica
Vrkic, president of the Serb Democratic Independent Party (SDSS),
Vojislav Stanimirovic, several members of the party from the Vukovar-
Srijem and Osijek-Baranja counties, as well as Baranja business people.
Tudjman is first to hold talks behind closed doors with SDSS
representatives and elected local self-government councillors of the
Osijek-Baranja County, and is later to hold a speech.
