OSIJEK, 25 March (Hina) - The Croatian President Franjo Tudjman arrived by plane in Osijek around 5 p.m. on Tuesday. During his visit to Osijek County, President Tudjman will mark the beginning of construction works on a bridge over
the river Drava in Belisce.

He will then return to Osijek to attend the signing of an agreement on
the improvement of working conditions at the Osijek University of 'Josip
Juraj Strossmeyer'.
The President of the Republic and President of the Croatian Democratic
Union (HDZ), Franjo Tudjman, will address an election rally at Ante
Starcevic square in central Osijek this evening.
