SARAJEVO, March 24 (Hina) - NATO Secretary-General Javier Solana,
will arrive in Sarajevo on Tuesday for talks with Bosnia-
Herzegovina's senior officials and Stabilisation Force (SFOR)
commanders on the course of peace agreement's implementation.
Solana would be accompanied by NATO chief commander in Europe,
U.S. General George Joulwan, a spokesman for SFOR, Andrew
Saddleton, said on Monday.
NATO Secretary-General will visit Bosnia in the midst of
discussions on pull-out of the international military force from
the country after the expiry of the current SFOR mandate and when
the Clinton Administration is being under increasing pressure to
finish American soldiers' mission in Bosnia before the end of the
mandate.
Details about tomorrow's talks in the Bosnian capital are
expected to be announced at an extraordinary news conference.
