Addressing officials of the legislative, executive and justice
authorities, Potrebica recalled the State Judicial Council had reached a
decision on the appointment of Milan Vukovic at a session of 25 February,
and in line with the Law on the State Judicial Council, had decided about
his taking office immediately after swearing oath.
Vukovic said he would use all his powers to justify their trust.
Present at the ceremony were, among others, president of the Croatian
Parliament, Vlatko Pavletic, and other Parliament high officials, Croatian
government officials, including Justice Minister Miroslav Separovic and
Defence Minister Gojko Susak, as well as numerous justice authority
representatives.
