SARAJEVO, Jan 30 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina's Council of Ministers
members on Thursday brought closer their views on a rule book of
the Council and announced that the rule book might be soon adopted.
I believe we are on the threshold of settling disputable
issues of the rule book, the Council's co-chairman Boro Bosic told
reporters after Thursday's session.
Bosic said that telephone links would likely to be established
soon between the Ministerial Council's members and described that
move as a new step in normalization of relations.
The other co-chairman, Haris Silajdzic, confirmed that they
had reached agreement on a new draft rule book and added that the
next seven days should see explanation of stands of all the sides
on the package of laws proposed by the office of Carl Bildt, the
international senior peace administrator in Sarajevo.
Neven Tomic, the vice co-chairman of the Council, said that
the most contentious issue referred to passing a law on the Central
Bank.
After the session Bildt told reporters that he was moderately
optimistic about the speedy adoption of laws proposed by his
office.
