The company's director, Neven Mislov, said that so far, 430
kilograms of tuna fish had been exported and more are expected to
be exported soon.
Around 25 tons of tuna fish are being bred at the company's
tuna farm.
This project of breeding tuna fish is unique not only in
Croatia, but also in Europe.
The "Kali Tuna" company breeds the fish in two sea fields,
each of 20 metres squared.
The tuna are first caught in the open sea and then are
transported in mobile cages to the breeding farm where they are
being fed with pilchard.
