ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - Representatives of diplomatic missions of +Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina (BH) met in Zagreb on Monday morning +for a second meeting on the identification and marking of the joint +border.+ The two sides held
their first meeting in Banja Luka a week ago, in +keeping with the decision of the Croatian-BH Inter-State Council +for Cooperation of November 22, 1998. The two sides agreed then for +the Zagreb meeting to adopt rules of procedure for a mixed Croatian-+BH commission as well as a plan for the adoption of those rules and a +technical instruction on the identification, marking and +maintenance of the borderline.+ The mixed commission should then form mixed expert groups to deal +with disputable territorial issues, according to the priority +principle, the first issue being the borderline in the area of +Martin Brod (southern Croatia/western BH).+ The Croatian and BH delegations at
