emission of gases causing the 'greenhouse effect' in Earth's
atmosphere under the level emitted in 1990, Croatian Vice-Premier,
Ljerka Mintas-Hodak, said on Thursday at a UN conference on global
warming, taking place in Buenos Aires from November 2 to 13.
"The Republic of Croatia has clearly chosen to preserve nature and
