ORASJE, Aug 28 (Hina) - A general hospital was opened in Orasje, a
town in north-western Bosnia, on Thursday.
A plate bearing the hospital's name was unveiled by the Health
Minister of the Croat-Muslim Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina Bozo
Ljubic.
The opening of the hospital in Orasje was, following the opening of
one in Usora six months ago and one in Odzak a month ago, evidence of
the people's wish to return to their pre-war homes, Ljubic said.
The Orasje hospital should receive state-of-the-art equipment by
year's end, to be financed by a donation from the Japanese
government, he added.
Hospital director Perica Jelecevic thanked Croatia's health
employees and institutions which provided care for the inhabitants
of the local region during the war.
