TRAVNIK, July 4 (Hina) - Komar 2, a viaduct on the M-5 road between
Travnik, central Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Donji Vakuf, 25km south-
west of Travnik, was reopened for traffic on Saturday.
The viaduct is important in connecting central and north-western
Bosnia with central Dalmatia, Croatia, western Bosnia and Zagreb.
Komar 2 was heavily damaged in a NATO 1995 attack on Bosnian Serb
units which had occupied the area and blocked the road in 1992.
Reconstruction works on the viaduct began in March.
The viaduct was reopened for traffic by Edhem Bicakcic, the premier
of the Croat-Muslim Federation of BH.
