ZAGREB, June 23 (Hina) - Representatives of Croatia and Republika
Srpska signed a Protocol on the Procedure of Organised Return on
Tuesday in Banja Luka, north-west Bosnia-Herzegovina, said a
Croatian Foreign Ministry statement.
This protocol will stimulate the organised return of displaced
persons, as a step towards a long-term solution for their return
home. It will also support the development and respect of the
highest standards in human rights and freedoms, the statement
said.
On behalf of Croatia and Republika Srpska the protocol was signed by
head of the Office for Displaced Persons and Refugees Lovre
Pejkovic and Minister for Refugees and Displaced Persons Miladin
Dragicevic respectively.
The signing of the protocol was preceded by talks between the two
