PARLIAMENT SPEAKER CONGRATULATES STATEHOOD DAY

Statehood Day unites us all in happiness and celebration, regardless of party, political, national, religious or any other differences, Pavletic says. The Croatian State is our joint achievement and a guarantee of safety to all its citizens. Recalling May 30, 1990, we should critically evaluate all we have achieved and what we yet have to accomplish on the road to Euro- Atlantic associations, in developing democracy, strengthening our legal system and improving living standards to the level of a modern, prosperous and social state, added Pavletic.
