DUBROVNIK, May 26 (Hina) - Croatian Tourism Minister Sergej Morsan
and Czech Regional Development Minister Jan Cerny signed a tourist
co-operation protocol on Tuesday in Dubrovnik.
"Signing of the protocol is of great importance to Croatia
considering that of foreign tourists in 1997, 16 per cent were
Czechs", said Morsan.
Cerny expressed satisfaction with the protocol, since 30 per cent
of Czechs who go abroad for their holidays choose Croatian
destinations.
"Protocol is the first step toward signing an agreement which would
regulate overall relations regarding tourism and tourists," said
Cerny.
