BUGOJNO, May 13 (Hina) - "Since the signing of the Dayton Agreement,
280 displaced families have returned to the Bugojno municipality,
that is, seven Serb and 273 Croat families," Bugojno municipal
head, Dzevad Mlaco, told Wednesday's news conference.
A total of 2,357 families, 1,557 have submitted applications for
return. Out of the total, 1557 are Croat families, 627 Bosniak
(Moslem) and 173 Serb families.
President of the municipal committee of the Croatian Democratic
Union (HDZ) of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ante Mustapic, expressed
dissatisfaction about the slow return of Croats to the Bugojno
municipality.
Deputy commissioner of the municipality's Reconstruction and
Return Department, Ljuban Vidovic, requested of municipal
authorities that Croat flats and houses currently accommodating
Bosniaks be registered as soon as possible.
