BRUSSELS, April 28 (Hina) - NATO Secretary-General Javier Solana on
Tuesday expressed regret over the violence reported in several
parts of Bosnia-Herzegovina during this and last week.
He called on local authorities to take concrete action and prevent
new incidents as well as to facilitate the return of refugees.
Solana described the incidents as obvious violation of the Dayton
agreement, which all sides are obliged to respect, NATO press
service said in a statement.
The Stabilisation Force (SFOR) will continue to support those in
charge of implementing the peace agreement and take decisive
measures against any attempt aimed at preventing the
implementation of some of the Dayton regulations, especially those
concerning the legitimate return of refugees, the statement said.
