ZAGREB, April 20 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo
Sanader Monday held talks in Warsaw with his Polish counterpart,
Andrezej Ananicz, and Poland's Office for European Integration
secretary Ryszard Czarnecki.
The Polish hosts acquainted Sanader with the course of Poland's
negotiations to access the European Union.
They stressed their determination to support Croatia in its
endeavours to access European and Trans-Atlantic integration
processes, a statement from the Croatian Ministry of Foreign
Affairs said Monday.
The two deputy foreign ministers agreed that expert delegations
should meet for regular consultations, on which occasion Poland
will present its experience in negotiations with the EU and NATO.
Bilateral relations were assessed as very good, but both parties
said it was necessary to achieve greater economic cooperation, for
which all conditions exist.
Talks also focused on the Polish President's visit to Croatia, and
on signing a bilateral friendship and cooperation agreement.
During its visit to the Polish capital, the Croatian delegation,
