ZAGREB, Mar 3 (Hina) - Deputy Defence Minister Gen. Kresimir Cosic
received on Tuesday in Zagreb a delegation of the French Defence
Ministry headed by Gen. Alain Faupin, foreign relations assistant
to the French army chief-of-staff, reported the political
department of the Ministry of Defence.
A meeting of the Croatian-French joint commission discussed
concrete modes of cooperation between the two defence ministries in
1998 and 1999.
Cooperation will start with an exchange of expert teams and with the
launching of training programmes, reads the statement.
