ZAGREB, Feb 13 (Hina) - A Croatian military helicopter crashed near
the Zadar harbour on Friday afternoon.
A man was killed by the fallen helicopter and the crew were
injured.
The Croatian Defence Ministry issued a statement about the accident
which said that the Bell 206-B helicopter had been on an authorised
training flight.
The instructor pilot made an unauthorised landing on a field and
"made contact with civilian Sime Raznjevic".
Upon taking off, the helicopter uncontrollably plunged and fell on
the ground killing Sime Raznjevic.
The crew were taken to hospital.
Military police and a team of experts of the Croatian air force are
investigating the cause of the accident.
