MOSTAR, Jan 2 (Hina) - A strong explosion was heard in west Mostar
early Friday morning.
Police say an explosive device had been planted in a newly-opened
business and shopping centre in the city.
The fire which was caused by the explosion has been put out.
The damage is estimated at over DM 100,000.
In the interest of the investigation, the police will not disclose
any details about the explosion, southwest police district
commissioner, Jadranko Lovric, said.
