ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament's public relations on Monday issued a statement regarding an inspection performed on the premises and official telephone of parliament president and acting head of state Vlatko Pavletic,
following recently voiced suspicion that Pavletic's telephone was wiretapped. The statement said that after experts at Pavletic's request performed the inspection, it was concluded that any suspicion of wiretapping was unfounded and that there was no evidence that Pavletic's telephone had been wiretapped. "President Pavletic called in experts who inspected all of his premises, and on the basis of their expert opinion it has been concluded that all suspicion of wiretapping in that form was groundless.
