VUKOVAR, Dec 7 (Hina) - The head of the Vukovar-based branch of the Split civil organisation called "Steps of Hope (Stope Nade)", Snjezana Markulic and an official of the Japanese Embassy in Zagreb, Akihito Teruuchi, on Tuesday signed
an agreement on the Embassy's donation, worth some 80,000 kuna (10,700 US dollars), for a machine-made embroidery workshop in Vukovar. The branch office of the "Steps of Hope" that gathers about 200 members, should start that workshop. Markulic said this organisation would like to contribute to the coexistence and the trust building in eastern Croatia.(hina) ms
