ZAGREB, Oct 18 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic on Monday received a multiparty delegation of the British Parliament headed by Lord Dundee, the Croatian Foreign Ministry reported. The two parties expressed satisfaction
with bilateral delegation, and the need for the further realisation of such visits which enable better understanding and more open dialogue. Granic informed his guest of strategic goals of the Croatian foreign policy pointing to Croatia's firm orientation to its soon joining the European and transatlantic integration. Croatia expects the arrival of the European Commission to continue a political dialogue in that direction and hopes that negotiations on an agreement on stabilisation and association would start in near future. Minister Granic also informed his guest of Croatia's relations with neighbouring countries pointing to Croatia's clear orientation for the establishment of

Monday received a multiparty delegation of the British Parliament
headed by Lord Dundee, the Croatian Foreign Ministry reported.
The two parties expressed satisfaction with bilateral delegation,
and the need for the further realisation of such visits which enable
better understanding and more open dialogue.
Granic informed his guest of strategic goals of the Croatian
foreign policy pointing to Croatia's firm orientation to its soon

Minister Granic also informed his guest of Croatia's relations with
neighbouring countries pointing to Croatia's clear orientation for
the establishment of neighbourly relations at the level of good
European standards. In regards to the cooperation between Croatia
and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(ICTY), Granic stressed that Croatia would continue to cooperate
with the ICTY based on the Constitutional Law and its orientation,
adding that some disagreement were successfully being solved.
Granic also informed his guests of the current situation in
Croatia, stressing that the Croatian Government would do
everything to conduct the upcoming elections in line with
democratic standards.
