its support to a multi-ethnic and democratic society in the country. According to Johnson, the decisions of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) must be implemented and the OHR would use all its authorities against those who would not cooperate. Expressing concern because of the slowness of return of refugees and displaced persons to Mostar and the central town zone, Johnson called on the local authorities to expedite the process. allegations that the international community had changed its
policy towards BH, and said it continued its support to a multi-
ethnic and democratic society in the country.
According to Johnson, the decisions of the Office of the High
Representative (OHR) must be implemented and the OHR would use all
its authorities against those who would not cooperate.
Expressing concern because of the slowness of return of refugees
and displaced persons to Mostar and the central town zone, Johnson
called on the local authorities to expedite the process.
Johnson also expressed concern about Tuesday's incident in the

Such an incident must never occur again, he stressed.
Johnson announced he would in the future personally cooperate with
the Mostar regional Office of the High Representative.
