ZAGREB, June 17 (Hina) - The 31st session of the Croatian National Sabor's House of Counties is scheduled for June 24. Members of the Upper House will discuss a report on economic and social situation in the country, an analysis of
realised tourist results in 1998 and a programme which includes measures for this year. Also discussed will be a draft budget revision. According to the President of the House of Counties, Katica Ivanisevic, the session's agenda should include 20 items. Members of the Upper House should vote on final bills on customs, telecommunications, as well as on changes and amendments to the compensation law. Several draft emergency bills have been forwarded to the House of Counties for discussion. Members of the Upper House will also discuss a bill on travel documents of Croatian citizens, according to which, the current passports should be replaced with new ones.(hina) it/lml
