ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic on Tuesday discussed France's views on European ideas regarding a stability pact for south-eastern Europe with French foreign minister delegate Michael Foucher. According to
a statement from the Croatian Foreign Ministry, Foucher said the European Union's (EU) goal is to start a process which would contribute to the inclusion of south-eastern Europe into the EU and NATO, and to incite further stabilisation of the situation in the region. Countries would cooperate via the political, security, economic, and other aspects of the stability pact, related to the EU, NATO, and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and without any new associations, the statement said.
