said in Sarajevo on Tuesday the new drivers' license will be designed to look as they do in western countries. The driving licences will look like credit cards and have neutral insignia to avoid any ethnic identification of its bearer. Stiglmayer said representatives of local authorities will only be consulted at a meeting scheduled in two days' time about technical details pertaining to the issuing of the new licenses. The Office of the High Representative two years ago introduced unified vehicle registrations in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
